Since 2010, Open Fields has been dealing with technology transfer in the agri-food sector, with projects (publicly and/or privately financed) aimed at promoting the adoption of innovative techniques at all levels of the supply chains. Its task, in addition to identifying and selecting technologies and facilitating the meeting between potential partners, is to organize the introduction of innovation in order to make it timely, efficient and effective.
Open Fields experts – agronomists, food technologists and economists – support companies internationally in the construction of targeted supply chains, in the introduction of process and product innovations, also with market analysis and business plans. The presence, within the company, of technical and marketing / communication skills, makes it particularly suited to the tasks related to dissemination.
